Tesla model Y is the best selling vehicle in Germany in Q3

The roll-out of the refuelling infrastructure necessary for Electric Trucks would most likely necessitate investments of over USD 450 billion by 2040, with China expected to receive the largest share because of its enormous truck fleet.
The Volkswagen ID4/ID5 (5642 sales) ranked second, with around one-third of the sales of the number one model, the Tesla Model Y.

The Fiat 500e, which was the top-selling BEV in Germany in Q2 2022, took third place. The little Italian EV had 5578 registrations, trailing only the German Volkswagen ID4/ID5.

Just below the podium, in the fourth position, is the Tesla Model 3, which got 5100 registrations in the third quarter of 2022.

Moving down the list, another German BEV, the Volkswagen ID3, comes in the fifth position with 4558 sales in the third quarter of 2022. Following the German automobile comes the Romanian Dacia Spring, which had 3949 registrations and is ranked sixth on the list.

The models in the back of the field came in close to each other with the Hyundai ioniq 5 just in the lead with 3675 sales. Just below the Hyundai came the BMW i3 with 3659 registrations.

A photo finish determined the remaining two positions in the top 10. The Seat Born, at number nine, with 3522 sales in the third quarter of 2022, and the Audi Q4 e-tron, at number ten, with 3520 sales, round out the top ten by a mere two registrations!
